| 2 | The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Instructions to Tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Notice Inviting Tender and Scope of Work. |
| 3 | Schedule 'A' comprises of detailed design works under the heads of Architectural and E&M Services for elevated stations of Sarita Vihar depot to Kalindi Kunj corridor. The tenderer has to quote a single lump sum amount (excluding GST) against Schedule ‘A’. |
| 4 | Further to Schedule ‘A’ the general breakup of the tasks to be accomplished for the stage payments are listed in Annexure-1. Further detailed breakup of the items in Annexure-1 along with the key target dates for each time bound task are placed in Annexure 2. Annexures- 1 & 2 are to be read in conjunction with each other. |
| 5 | Any part payment shall be made on the basis of the Station wise rates quoted in Schedule A. |
| 6 | If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 7 | Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only for Schedule 'A'. |
| 8 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetic errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 9 | All the unit rates and amounts should be filled only in figures. In case of any discrepancy between amount in figures and in words, the value provided in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct. |
| 10 | The work executed against the BOQ items would be paid on actual targets achieved basis. | 16 | The above rates shall be considered for processing any variations in case the need so arises in the execution of the contract. |
| 17 | In case of addition of a new station, if it happens to be a repetition of typical design (S.No- 2 above), 60% of the rate quoted for Item at S.No.-2 shall be payable. |
| 18 | If there is arithmetical error in Grand total of any of the above works, it will be corrected as per the number and rates quoted above. |
| 19 | Total of (I) & (II) will be quoted in Schedule A of Form of Tender. In case of any discrepancy, the sum of (I) & (II) will prevail over the amount quoted in Schedule A. |
| 20 | The payment for Schedule A shall be made as per Annexure 1 and Annexure 2 (for detailed activity wise breakup). This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduced from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. 2 Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’.In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. 3 If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
