| 2 | Material and Labour for repair of Transformers 11 KV/433 Volts on site of any make installed at various location of Sub Stations, including disconnecting the HT/LT Cables, earth strips etc. from the transformer, draining the complete oil for removing sludge from the tank refilling and removing the top cover, conservator, explosion vent,etc, for detecting the faults and repairing by welding/bracing. Replacing all the gaskets & neoprene washers for leakage arresting. Reassembling the transformer and testing etc complete upto 400 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note :- Supply only new transformer oil and oil filtration shall be measured and paid under the schedule of relevant items. |

| 5 | Supply and fix in repairs 415 V Bushing porcelain with superior quality brass rods complete with and including necessary Rubber `O' ring/oil seals and gaskets for distribution transformers of capacity up to 800 KVA complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Material and Labour for repair of Transformers 11 KV 433 Volts on workshop transportation loading /unloading any make installed at various location of Sub Stations, including disconnecting the HT/LT Cables, earth strips etc. from the transformer, draining the complete oil for removing sludge from the tank refilling and removing the top cover, conservator, explosion vent, etc, for detecting the faults and repairing by hevy works. Replacing all the gaskets & neoprene washers for leakage arresting. Reassembling the transformer heating at chamber, transportaion back to site and commissioning etc complete upto 800 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note :- Supply only new transformer oil and oil filtration shall be measured and paid under the schedule of relevant items. |
| 7 | Dehydration and online filtration of transformer oil at site by centrifugal filtration method using mobile filtration plant on transformers so as to achieve appropriate di-electric strength (not less than 55KV) and testing of the same before and after filtration to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge in various locations for transformers of various capacities and submitting of test results in triplicate all as specified and as per availability of shut down before and after monsoons or whenever as directed complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Supply only new insulating transformer oil of superior quality low viscosity having di-electric strength not less than 55 KV bought at site in sealed containers and confirming to IS 335 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Material and Labour for preparation of old painted iron surfaces of the Transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA, by cleaning completely after that applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the transformer as per MES colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Painting shall be carried out with Spray Gun using compressor. |

| 16 | Supply and fill the silica gel for breather of various transformers including taking out old gel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 17 | M & L for copper winding super enameled with insulation, varnish, heating etc after taking out from transformer core with same guage of existing for HT side complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 18 | M & L for copper winding super enameled with insulation,varnish, heating etc after taking out from transformer core with same guage of existing for LT side complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 19 | M & L for attending transformer 11 KV /433 V fault at any capacity by disconnections electrical connections and meggering for health check up, dismantling cable connections recommendation checking after heavy works complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 20 | Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip of wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminimum conductor of size 185 sqmm, 3.0 core including taking down old unserviceable cable, etc complete from trenches/poles/surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately. |
