Assisting in opening of boxes / cartons / gunny bags containing materials received against various POs/GeM contracts and counting them. Filing of Purchase Orders & contracts in their respective files and maintaining the same. Keeping closed files in correct order and helping in weeding out of old files when required. Assisting in escorting trucks/vehicles from CISF Main Gate to Central Stores. 01 No = 01 Job of 01 Receipt of material.

Assisting in issue and accounting of materials for stores against RCIV/RV received from different sections and contracts on a daily basis. Shifting and arranging of stock items on racks and shelves as per instruction. Ensuring that physical balance matches with stock card and bin card. Preparation of label marking and painting on items. 01 No = 01 Job of Issue of 01 Item.

Assisting in verification of stores and stock items on regular basis, arranging stock items in their correct location. Opening and closing of shutter of central store on daily basis. 01 No = 01 Job of Verification of 01 Item.

Daily cleaning of shelves and racks inside central stores , Sub-store, open yard and inflammable stores from time to time which involves dusting and cleaning of items kept in shelves and racks. Cleaning of weighbridge cabin and housekeeping work of stores offices. Handling of daily dak from stores to administration. 01 No = 01 Job of cleaning of 01 Rack.

Unloading/loading of consignment in the vehicle and shifting / stacking in the warehouse, having weight of consignment within 201 to 350 kgs viz Chemical drums, bags, Oil drums and machineries etc

Unloading/loading in the vehicle and shifting / stacking in the warehouse, having weight of consignment upto 200 kgs viz chemical bags, small equipments and instruments.
