| 2 | Fabrication , supply of MS rack and platform with painting for storage of filters fabricated from MS square hollow pipe , angle, c-channels etc , Repairing of damaged portions by welding, straightening, fixing, grinding, and patching of chequered plates, angles, C-channels, etc., of required sizes, complete as per site requirements and direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Supply, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of medium-duty (Class C) G.I. pipeline of 50 NB size (Total approx 24 mtr length) , conforming to IS: 1239, with welded joints, including bends approx. 8 Nos.( total approx 25 Nos welded joints), clamps, and accessories, complete as per site requirements. Painting of G.I. piping, associated structural works, and supports shall be carried out as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The painting shall include one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of approved enamel paint. All welded joints shall be properly cleaned, and G.I. coating spray shall be applied on each joint prior to painting. Note: MS supports are included under Item No. 2. |
| 4 | Supply, installation, and erection of approved-make stainless steel anchor fasteners, conforming to standard specifications, size M10 with a minimum length of 120 mm, for G.I. pipe supports installation, complete as per site requirements. |
| 5 | Installation of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation of 13 mm thickness over the MS duct. The insulation shall be applied with Pidilite/Fevicol SR 998/505 adhesive on both the insulation and duct surfaces. The insulation shall be securely fixed over the duct. Self-adhesive Alupet foil tape of 50 mm width shall be applied to seal all joints of the insulation. Note: 13 mm XLPE insulation will be provided by the department. All other materials, including adhesive and tape, shall be the responsibility of the contractor. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing partition using aluminium section of size 100 mm x 45 mm x 1.6 mm and pre laminated particle board of thickness 12 mm with all fitting and fixtures etc including special sections doors with SS hinges , lock , handle and tower bolt competed as per drawing and specification and directed by the engineer in charge . |
