Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 09 nos electrically operated ThyssenKrupp make passenger lift of capacity 844 kgs carrying, 13 passengers suitable for serving G+8 Floors ( total 08 landings) - 06 Nos lifts G+7 Floors (total 07 landings) - 02 Nos lifts G+6 Floors (total 06 landings) - 01 No lift with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete with ARD facility installed at MAP OMQ & SMQ accn Block Nos P-364, P-365, P-370, P-371,P-372, P-376,P-377, P-378, P-379 at Subroto park to be maintained round the clock as described here-in-after in reliable,safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examining the lubricating and adjust the electrical and mechanical driving equipment , governor, sleeve, shaft assembly bearing/ contacts & governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, repairs to lift well bulk head lamps and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including replacement of all types of worn/broken spare parts except cabin light ,fan and UPS complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge. Note :- The above mentioned work shall be done through OEM of Thysenkrupp lift.
