| 1 | Rectification of complaints at Haig Line Power House of HT UG/OH electric distribution network by attendng daily complaints including Sunday and other holidays for round the clock and making the same serviceable in all aspects complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Rectification of complaints at Haig line Power House of LT UG /OH electric distribution network, Security and street lights by attendng daily complaints including Sunday and other holidays for round the clock and making the same serviceable in all aspects complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Note for Ser Item No 1.00 & 2.00:-(i) Any complaint left unattended will be communicated to the JE in-charge /AGE E/M with reason. Penalty of Rs. 200/- per day will be levied from the contractor if the complaint is not attended and completed within 24 hours. (ii) Material required for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (iii) Contractor shall provide all type of T&P of LT street lights network, bamboo ladder with safety gloves for attending the external electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register 200 pages – 3 No, complaint book with 100 slips- 5 No. Booklets serially numbered in triplicate. (v) Contractor will provide adequate/ sufficient No of manpower round the clock including Sunday & holidays to receive and attend Complaints.(vi) Cost of materials for laying of cables, stretching of OH conductor, burnt out joints, fuse wires, insulator and jumper will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as Material & Labour.(vii) The scope of work cover all complaints received from above concern power houses will be lodged/ docketed/ attended/ completed. The completion will be rendered on complaint register as well as on docket. Nature of fault may occurs given below :-(a) Blown out fuses(b) Faulty Insulator(c) Loose GOD male & female contact (d) Faulty cable joint (e) O/H conductor broken |
| 4 | (f) Broken jumpers(g) Tightening of stay (h) Stretching of broken loose fault conductor and binding on insulators up to 3 span (j) Contractor will provide all the tools such as HT/LT meggar, Insulation Tester, Wrench, Rope, Bamboo ladder, search light and other tools and will maintain them in working condition all the time. (k) Tightening of service connection as preventive maintenance. (l) Proper Uniform shall be provided by the contractor for persons employed on duty as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (m) Tracing fault manually in LT/HT electric lines and underground cable network.(n) AC Complaints like connection / disconnection (o) Fault HT/LT switchgears (p) Switching ON/OFF street lights at appropriate time as directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge. Penal recovery for Rs 100/- per day will be recovered if street light are not put ON/OFF at appropriate time. (q) The area covered under the above power house consists of HT/LT overhead lines. HT/LT underground cables, distribution transformers, HT/LT switch gears, streer lights etc, including HT 11 KV incoming and numbers of outgoing HT feeders for the complete area. |
| 5 | (r) Any other electric complaint which is considered essential by the department. (s) Confirmation on completion of any nature of major complaints will be intimated to JE EM or Engr-in-Charge immediately. (t) The contractor will observe all labour laws as prevalent during the currency of work enacted by Central/State Deptt as well as Labour Commissioner Act. He shall also ensure, payment of minimum wages to the persons employed as per labour laws in vogue. (u) The contractor will provide the rain coats, gum boot and hand gloves in winter and summer season.(v) Contractor will have no rights to object the work carrying out by other contractor at substation or HT/LT distribution system of the power house area under comprehensive maintenance. However necessary handing taking over the assets will be carried out between the agencies. (w) Contractor will provide necessary vehicle for attending the complaint under above power house area. |
| 6 | Labour only for carry out visual inspection of transformer once in month including minor maintenance like dusting, tightening of loose connection HT/LV Side and replacement of aluminium terminal and checking of transformer oil level, top up if required, checking of silca gel, heating/replacement of silca gel all as specified and as directed. T&P required for the job is deemed to be included in contract. The record of the same will be submitted in the performa as directed. |
| 7 | Trimming of Tree branches falls into OH lines of HT/LT & minimum clearance of 3 Mtr from branches ,proper shut down will be taken and maintained in the register complete all as specified and directed. |
