(v) Sludge shall also be removed in closed container outside MoD defence land and bleaching powder to be spread over waste sludge and covered with a layer of soil to maintain hygenic conditions (vi) Safety measures and Insurance of the Workmen shall be ensured by the contractor.(v) Distance from centre to centre of manholes shall be reckoned for purpose measurement and payment.
