| 1 | Taking down existing sliding door with full safety parameter complete all specified and as directed.Note: The existing sliding door shall be carefully dismantled after providing all necessary safety arrangements such as temporary supports, barricading and warning signage. Power supply, if any, shall be isolated. Door shutters, rollers, guide rails and fittings shall be removed manually without causing damage to adjoining structures. Eqpt: Crane of 18 T with 18m lenth and Hydra of 15 m lenth to be present all throughout taking out of door and during re-erection. All safety paramters to be followed. |
| 2 | Repairing of door leaf, straininig by using some mild steel stiffeners complete all specified and as directed.Note: The door leaf shall be inspected for deformation and misalignment. Straightening shall be carried out using mechanical means. Mild steel stiffeners of suitable size shall be welded/provided at required locations to restore structural rigidity. Welding joints shall be properly ground smooth. The surface shall be cleaned of rust, oil and loose scales prior to further treatment. |
| 3 | Replacement of bottom wheel with shaft, plate, bearing, coating complete all specified and as directed.Make: Jindal/ SAILNote: Damaged bottom wheels shall be dismantled completely. New bottom wheel assemblies including shaft, bearing and mounting plate conforming to specified make shall be installed. Bearings shall be properly aligned and lubricated. All metallic surfaces shall be cleaned and provided with protective coating to prevent corrosion. Smooth rolling and alignment shall be checked after installation. |
| 4 | Replacement of top wheel with shaft plate, bearing, coating complete all specified and as directed.Make: Jindal/ SAIL.Note: The existing top wheel assemblies shall be removed carefully. New top wheel assemblies with shaft, bearing and mounting plates shall be fixed in correct alignment with the track. Bearings shall be tested for free rotation. Protective coating shall be applied on exposed metal parts. Proper vertical and lateral alignment of the door shall be ensured. |
| 5 | Replacement of Damaged Puff panels complete all specified and as directed.Note: The damaged PUFF panels shall be identified and carefully dismantled without affecting the adjoining panels and supporting framework. New PUFF panels of matching thickness, profile and insulation specification shall be supplied and fixed in position. Panels shall be properly aligned, fastened to the existing structure using approved fasteners, and all joints shall be sealed to ensure weather tightness and insulation continuity. The work shall be completed to achieve uniform appearance and proper functionality. |
| 6 | Painting complete all specified and as directed.Note: All steel surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned by wire brushing/scraping to remove rust, dirt, grease and loose paint. Two coat of approved anti-rust epoxy primer shall be applied, followed by one coat of epoxy paint of approved shade. Painting shall be carried out after ensuring dry and clean surfaces, achieving uniform finish. |
| 7 | Re-erection of complete door complete all specified and as directedNote: The sliding door shall be re-erected on the guide rails. Proper alignment, plumb and level shall be ensured. All fasteners shall be tightened securely. Trial runs shall be conducted to verify smooth sliding. proper locking and overall functionality. |
| 8 | S & Fixing of motor System (as required at site) completely including all fixing arrangement required at site with complete electic connection ,Testing & Commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Make: SIEMENS/ABB) |
| 9 | Supply and fix in replacement of chain wheel arrangement,idler,manual system suitable for existing door hangar complete all specified and as directed.(JINDAL/SAIL) |
