Rate for the kits and equipment is deemed to be included in rate quoted. Testing and turning shall be carried out in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge to the satisfaction of department, failing which payment for the above item will not be made to the contractor. No claim from the contractor be enterained on this account.(b) Rate is inclusive of setting the parameters in differential relay and connecting after carrying out necessary polarity tests etc (C) This item includes all routine test of VCB for proper tripping in case of fault and tripping time should be set lesser than GE (U) 33 KV Grid end so as to fault will not feed back to GE (U) 33 KV Grid . The contractor has to collect the data of tripping time from GE (U) 33 KV Grid and tripping time should be set lesser timing in our end. All control wiring of VCB should be cleaned and serviced and change the unserviceable part as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. The u/s item will be paid sepeartely. (d) Contractor will take the prior permission for shutdown of HT Line in written at least one week in advance for getting permission from user by MES to avoid any administration issue.Note- The test should be done be authorised dealer of VCB/OEM. |
| 13 | Taking down the HT vacuum circuit breaker of capacity up to 630 A to 1250A, of any make, 11 KV, through authorised VCB rep/OEM for servicing and re-assembling complete, comprising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Quoted rate is inclusive for the following services:-(i)Taking out the VCB from the enclosure & checking the serviceability of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments and re-assembling the unit complete.(ii) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with CTC/CRC or Liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misallignment of contacts. |

(vii) Making functional by carrying out minor repairs all the non functional circuits and indicating system like VCB Trip, CB ON, CB OFF, CB Service, Spring Charging etc(viii) Test shall include IR, CRM and time Test.(ix) Contractor will take the prior permission for shutdown of HT Line in written at least one week in advance for getting permission from user by MES to avoid any administration issue. | 15 | Supply, installation and testing of Microprocessor Numerical Relay Numerical Relay draw out type in replacement of any type relay, in HT 11 KV VCB Panel comprising of new and modern numerical scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on faults over-current and earth-fault in any of the three phases, Trip circuit supervision relay, 5% pick up for OC and 5% for EF. The relay shall also have the following features as minimum; (i) Programmable rated current 1A & 5A, (ii) Last 8 fault record & 500 event record with time stamping, (iii) 4 analog CT & 3 PT input , 8 DI & 8 DO, (iv) Communicable on IEC61850 protocol, (v) Disturbance recording upto 1200 cycles, (vi) Self supervision function. Make- C&S/ Siemens/SchneiderNote:- (i) The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses if available including Breaker On, Off, Spring Chrged, Test, Service, AC-Fail, DC supervision relay, Trip circuit healthy relay, inter panel tripping, Master trip relay, local remote and display the same locally on a built-in LCD screen and suitably labeled status LEDs. (ii) Relay shall have facility to locally Trip/Close the breaker as a backup to TNC switch provided separately on the panel. (iii) The Relay should be suitable for 80-300V AC-DC.(iii) The relay shall be fixed on new 2mm CRCA sheet of matching existing VCB panel color and suitable size covering all blank space or cutting the sheet of panel for installation the same, formed by removing old mechanical type IDMT relay or any type complete including associated wiring and integration with existing HT VCB panel complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rate is included for new sheet of cutting the sheet. |

| 57 | Disconnecting HT Supply, 11 KV opening the RMU (indoor/outdoor) after positioning the earth of indl feeder, material and labour for servicing /testing of RMU/control panel including CT, PT and relays in control panel of RMU of capacity 630- 800 Amp, 3-7 way, Make- ABB, Siemens etc and rating 11 KV complete as details mentioned as under:- (a) Details of servicing of RMU.(i) Adjustment of mechanism if required.(ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth.(iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts.(iv) Check for rust and wear.(v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts.(vi) Visual check for rust and deformation.(vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc.(viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires.(ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing.(x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any.(xi) Check close & trip coil.(xii) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish.(b) The following test shall be carried out:-(i) Primary Injection Test of CT / PT(ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles.(iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition.(c) Testing of following relays of control panel with Secondary Injection Kit ,checking and programming of relay. |

(c) Not attended of complaint within eight hours will lead to recovery from subsequent payment in the following manner :- (i) Not attending within 0 to 8 Hours - Rs. 2000.00 (ii) Not attending within 8 to 16 Hours- Rs. 2000.00 (iii) Not attending within 16 to 24 Hours- Rs. 2000.00 (iv) Not attending after24 Hours - Rs. 5,000.00 (v) The maximum recovery will be Rs. 50,000.00 plus the expenditure incurred for rectification of the same by any other means. |
