| 2 | REPAIR OF MAPLE WOOD FOR BADMINTON COURT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS SURFACE BOARD- Teak/Maple wood finished fith 21mm thick, 60mm-100mm wide and in random length in tongue and groove shapes. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti-termite and water-resistant lacquer. THE UNDER FRAME- Made of commercial quality pine wood runners of 70mm X 45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom sile with 10mm thick air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 350mm X 350mm. INSTALLATION-IPS subfloor Treated with a vapor barrier to be placed on the levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 330mm in 1 direction. The surface board to be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. an expansion of 10mm to 20mm to be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/walls. After installation sanding and polishing will be applied. FINISHING-The wooden floor will be machine-sanded for a smooth finish, treated with a water-based filler, and coated with one primer and two finish coats of high-performance, water-based sports coatings meeting EN 14904 (DIN & FIBA approved) standards. Court markings will be applied with water-based paints before the final coat, removing of PVC mat and pasting it with solution to wooden court and dismantling of old damaged portion etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595mmx595mm of approved texture, design and patterns as per CPWD Specification 2019, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal, T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24mmx38mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 24mmx32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24mmx32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600mm x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 12mmx50mm long dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with pre-cut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with galvanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic raw plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. With 15mm thick regular/butt edged without perforation plain/designer light weight calcium silicate Anti-Microbial Bio-Safe coated false ceiling tiles confirming to JIS-Z2801 and ASTM G-21. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS: 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 50 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws@ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095-(Part-I) 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) |
| 5 | Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.
