(vi) High UVrating of 3-5 on grayscale, (vi) VOC less than 3.0.0ww/1 [viii] Combustibility less than40 mm /m: (ix) Anti-Microbial and Anti-Fungal Tested material, and shall be laid in three layers.[1] First step shall be theapplication of singlevcomponent Polyurethane based primer coating Layer, PU binder shallhave a specific gravity of 1.05 the appearance of clear pale yellowvand viscosity of 350-2900 cps and shall be from the original manufacturer from the list of approved makes2. The second layer shall be an impact attenuating cushion layer of 9mm thick black crumb rubber/SBR adhered with a polyurethane binder and PU binder shall have a specific gravity of 1.05: the appearance of clear pale yellow and viscosity of 350- 2900 cps and shall be from the original manufacturer from the list of approved makes of to form a resilient porous layer. Crumb rubber /SBR shall bemixed with a minimum of 14% -16% of single-component PU base binder so as to ensure that PU binder provides 100% coating of the Design on the base top layer by a specialized team of installersaccording to the specification of approved material and shade. The detailed technical specifications of EPDM flooring testing. material properties, application procedure, etc. are attached herewith for compliance. The documentary evidence has to be produced. for the procurement of material for manufacturer`s test certificate.
