Operation of tube well daily by a suitable experienced operator continously or in different intervals as per program as per program fixed by Engineer-in-charge including opening and closing of valves, changing of fuse wire etc. As requrird for proper running of Tube well.(Power house colony & inspection house (labour rate as per analysis) (NSI)

Arranging one mali for maintenance of lawn & plants, including cost of Mali, required T&P and other miscellaneous work as per direction of Engineer I/c .(labour rate as per analysis ) (NSI)

Providing catering services in erector hostels/Guest houses/ Inspection houses for upto 4 suites including maininance and cleaning of cutlery, crockery and also including provision of morning/evening tea and meals on payment basis to the guests/ occupants (SI 29.85)

House Keeping of all suits, dormitary, dining hall, kitchen & outer area that include lobby, stairs, road, parking including cleaning/sweeping/dusting and praparation of bed with clean and ironed bed sheet /cover/pillows/blanket etc. Proper cleaning of bathroom, providing with soap, bath soap, shampoo pouch, odonil, sanitry cubes, cleaning big and small towel, Mosquito repellant as and when required its also add removal of rubbish from permises. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work.
