| 1 | Dismantling of the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) installed in the terrace of Mandir Marg Barat Ghar using heavy labour and chain pulley block system and SITC of factory-built double-skin, floor-mounted horizontal type chilled water Air Handling Unit of capacity 25485 CMH, comprising 45 mm thick panels with thermal break profile, having pre-coated GI sheets of 0.8 mm thickness on both outer and inner surfaces with injected PUF insulation of density not less than 42 kg/m³. The AHU shall be complete with backward curved airfoil blade plug type belt-driven fan suitable for required static pressure, six-row cooling coil (minimum 0.5 mm thickness) with MS headers, aluminium fins on copper tubes and SS end plates with fin spacing of 4–5 fins per cm, filter section with box type pre-filters properly sealed to prevent air bypass, TEFC IE3 rated 10 HP motor suitable for 415±10% volts, 50 Hz, 3-phase AC supply compatible compatible with the existing VFD system, stainless steel (18G) insulated drain pan with proper drain connection, 150 mm dia dial type pressure gauges (2 Nos.), industrial thermometers (2 Nos.) at inlet and outlet of coil, auto air purge valve and necessary vibration isolation arrangements, complete in all respects as per site requirements to ensure efficient performanceand smooth operation of the system |

| 5 | Dismantling the existing ducts as in where required with the help of Ladder/scaffolding and SITC of new fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbowsvanes, hangers, supports etc. complete with 0.8 mm sheet thickness complete as Required at site. |
| 6 | Dismantling of existing XLPE 13mm insulation on various ducts at terrace of loadhi road barat ghar with with the help of cutting machine /grinder at various height levels with the help of long ladders , cleaning the duct by scrubbing brushes, making it smooth and pasting of high grade 13mm XLPE mat sheet on the existing new duct with the help of good quality fevicol/sticking material to protect it from birds/animals/insects complete job as per satisfaction of site engineer. |
| 7 | Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping plumbing inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with fire retardant quality expanded essianene moulded pipe section of density20kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive(CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced essian and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3, grade 1 roofing felt strip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date)at joints repairing of damage to building etc.as per specifications and as requiredcomplete in all respect. 100mm dia.(50mm Thick insulation) |
| 8 | Supplying and Replacement of existing damaged /worn out flexible canvas connection of AHU supply/return air duct with superior quality heavy duty fire retardant type flexible canvas connection including dismantling of unserviceable canvas connection etc complete as required at site. |
