Lifting the pump unit with special attachment after disconnecting the power supply.

Dismantling the pump unit part by part such as cable gland motor cover, motor casing mechanical seal, drain out of all oil, motor shaft etc. by using special tools.

Complete overhauling and heat varnishing of the Stator with standard make varnish after properly baking.

Supply and replacement of mechanical seal & oil seal along with necessary rubber ring and components as required.(80mm and 90mm special type elastomer bellow seal face combination: silicon carbide vs silicon carbide vitton bellow and vitton o rings)

Supply and replacement of bearings as required for the pump with necessary grease.(7220BECBM) make SKF/NTN or any reputed make)

Filling the graded specific oil in the pump chamber.

All the incoming leads should be re tapped, re insulated and re fixing of the terminals.

Metalizing/re sleeving of bearing housing cover on both sides(de &nde)and machining the same and match both bearing housing its normal condition.

Rebrazing the both end rotor joints with endrings.

Thorough check up of power and control cable and necessary repairing of the cable has to be done for submersible use.

Assembling the pump motor unit part by part with necessary gasket, rubber ring, nut and bolts, lock washers etc.

Lowering down the pump motor set after complete assembly and provide electrical connection in the starter panel board and trial run.
