Disconnecting the cable connection from the motor terminal after lifting of pump motor set from the sum chamber including cleaning the whole pump motor set & keeping it in safe side as per instruction of EIC.

Dismantling the total pump motor unit part by part such as cable gland. Motor cover, motor casing, mechanical seal drain out of oil, rotor with shaft , impeller, bellmouth etc. by use of special tool and burner as required without damaging other parts and kept in safe side.

Thorough inspection and checking of the motor set as per direction of EIC.

Old winding of the stator have to be stripped. Stator slots have to be filled, cleaned & dressed. Complete re-winding the stator winding with new copper conductor of standard make and Winding have to bake, varnished and cured properly.

Rotor shaft have to be placed on its position and proper welding/machining have to be performed after proper treatment of affected rotor core.

Supply and fitment of new bearings (1 no. 6316 2RS1)

Supply and replacement of mechanical seal & oil seal along with necessary rubber ring and components as required.(65mm bellow type as per given sample)

Metalizing of shaft journal both side (de&nde) and machining the same and match with the bearing bore.

Finishing of the cable in motor side by crimping method by supplying lugs, tapes, anti-corrosive materials etc re-fixing the same.

Metalizing/re-sleeving of bearing housing cover on both sides (de & nde) and machining the same and match both bearing housing its normal condition.

Thorough painting of the motor with reputed make paint 2 coat.

Supply of all necessary consumable , high temperature imported grease, paraffin oil, gasket, sealing compound for power cable sealing etc.

Assembling of the hole part of the motor unit part by part with necessary gaskets specified rubber ring nut & bolts etc.

Lowering down the pump motor set after complete assembling and making proper electrical connection (Power and Control) in the starter panel board and trial run the same.
