TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK IN DOMESTIC AREA AND ZHOPRA COMPLEX UNDER GE(AF) SIRSANOTES :-(i) Bidders shall insert percentage \\"EXCESS (+)\\" or \\"LESS (-)\\" over the rates inserted in SSR Part-II (2020). If no such percentage are offered it shall be deemed as at par / Nil Percentage.(ii) Bidders shall insert the percentage as mentioned in Note (i), of this BOQ here-before. Percentage shall be inserted only upto two decimal places.(iii) Bidders shall select \\"excess (+)\\" or \\"less (-)\\" in Col 3 of 4th row of this BOQ.(iv) Irrespective of the amount generated in the BOQ template, the net contract amount shall be as shown in Appendix 'A' to Notice of E-tender i.e. Rs 14,00,000.00. (v) The tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage quoted by bidders.(vi) Total cumulative amount of work orders placed on the contractor (including quoted percentage above) shall not increase from the estimated cost of work.(vi) Old items dismantled under the work shall be measured as per rates provided in SCHEDULE OF CREDIT of this tender and requite amount shall be deducted from the payment due to the contractor against the work done under each work order.
