M&L for conduct of topography Survey i.e. detailed land survey including over ground objects with total station /DGPS of subject site of original level at every 5Mx5M grid with contour including removal of all obstructing / shrubs for clear vision to survey equipment & submission of report on tracing sheet and soft copy in excel sheet submission of 6 folder and including soft copy in format of CD and calculation details for qty of cutting avg 15 cm depth in respect of top of the existing taxi/ Runway including profile of L-section & X-section @ 25 m interfed etc complete all as directed by the engineer in charge.Notes:- (i) The work lies in restricted area hence working hours may effected.(ii) Survey to be done for effective area of building, roads, runway, taxi tracks and area required for effective drainage system.(iii). All buildings including all drains with the direction of flow, culverts, sewage, water supply pipe lines and electric/HT or LT power lines, over head telephone lines, water bodies, low lying area for disposal of storm water drainage, compressed air lines, fire hydrants, retaining walls.

(iv). Locations of trees, potential natural and man-made hazards such as high tension power lines, transformers, low laying area, foot hills, rock outcrops, steep slopes, nalas etc.(v). Countours at 0.5 mtr interval, spot levels at all junctions, change in slope and at 30 mtr intervals along all roads and lanes are required.(vi). Digitization of entire data by presenting in different layers to get Geo-referenced topographical maps.(vii). Map shall be produced in digital form (Auto CAD) at grid 5.0MX 5.0M(viii) The printed copies shall be produced at a scale of 1.500 or as directed by Engineer-in-charge depending on the area size. For larger area map shall be printed on multiple sheets with key plan duly showing area considered in each map.(ix). Map shall indicate existing permanent building including boundary pillars to be demarcated on the MAP.(x). Three longitudinal and three transcerse sections shall be shown for each pocket of land.(xi). Provide one draft printed copy of topographical MAP at suitable scale for approval. After approval by GE, consultant shall submit 06 folder of final printed copies duly signed by the engineer in charge. Consultant shall also submit 02 nos of soft copies of Topographical MAP.(xii). All worn out/unserviceable materials/items which will be obtained from different items of Sch `A’/ BOQ (as mentioned above) during replacement work, shall become contractor’s property and amount of credit shall be recovered from the contractor's RAR & final bill as and when payments are submitted. These materials shall be allowed to be removed from works site only after credit amount for the same is recovered from the contractor’s payment. Items not covered under this Schedule shall become the property of department and the same shall be returned/ deposited by the contractor at MES store yard without any extra cost to department/ government and all materials which are credited to the contractor, shall be recorded in MB 2. The contractor shall have no claim regarding fixation of credit rates in this schedule and no rebate on \\"Schedule of credit\\" rates/ amount shall be accepted. However contractor can offer more credit rates/ amount. 3. The total credit amount may vary as per execution of work above different items involved in this credit schedule. 4. The quantities given in column 4 are provisional and same shall be measured and paid based on actual quantities obtained against relevant items of Schedule ‘A’/ BOQ. These materials shall not be reused/ reincorporated in the work except where specified. 5. The measurements of dismantled materials shall be the gross quantity obtained and not the net quantity considered for payment in schedule. The old and unserviceable materials to be retrieved from taking down/demolition/dismantling etc are considered in schedule of credit.
