| 1 | The work of Instalation Additional 250 KVA Distribution Transformers, construction of plinth & pale fencing for 250 KVA T/Fs and installation of the same on the double pole structure/plinths at selected 16+02 Nos. places under BUSINESS PLAN SCHEME 2026-27 under EUDD, BANDA/EDD, BANDA, including carriage of all required material/Transformers from ESC/Workshop BANDA to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also carriage of old/dismentled line material/T/Fs from site to store centre/workshop, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. | 30 | Construction of toe wall with wire mesh or Pale fencing & painting of Sub-Stations, detail of the work as given below (All fencing/painting material arranged by contractor at his own cost):-1- Construction of toe wall 9\\" wide 1' high above ground, all around the plinth/DP structure in 1:6 ratio of cement and coarse sand. The toe wall shall have pocket of 1200 mm size at the center of toe wall at appropriate places for grouting of MS Angle iron frames toe wall may very as per site conditions.2- Grouting & fixing of MS Angle iron frame in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, stone grit & coarse sand and bolting the frames with at joining frames by 35x8 mm bolt with nut. The size of MS Angle Iron frame may very as per requirement of site.3- Fabrication & Providing Gate in front of plinth/DP made in two leaves of size 900x1500 mm each. Each leave shall be made by MS Angle iron of 37x37x5 mm MS Angle and fitted with wire mesh or pale fencing of 18 SWG with the help of MS Strip of 35x5 mm size welded all around the frame. The leaves shall be fitted with hinges on MS Angle of size of 50x50x6 mm and shall have locking arrangement.
