Electrical backup heaters with thermostat: 4 nos.x 3 kW, 220V AC heating elements for storage tanks.6. Metallic corrosion resistant treated stand and other necessary accessories for hybrid solar water heating system.7. Composite PE-Al-PE hot water piping of suitable size & dia for connection of flate plates to heat exchanger except for outgoing of main hot water lines. 8. Labour charges for disconnection, re-arrangement and connection of existing associated composite/GI/CPV piping for input and output water lines- 1 set9. Conventional luminaire with external lead acid battery pack with housing & wiring shall be replaced on existing upto 7 meter height street light G.I. poles by new LED luminaire having builtin lithium ferro phophate battery for 2 days anatomy with dimming & suitable MPPT charge controller, 4500 lumen nominal output rating LED luminaire with 120 lumen/watt or heigher output system efficacy, CCT : 4000-5700K, CRI> 70. LM 79 and LM80 reports shall be submitted to department. This also includes supply, replacement and integration of suitable Wp rating solar PV module as per MNRE guidlines. All components housed in one IP 65 with pressure dicast aluminium housing with OEM name embossed and make in India product. The luminaire shall have charging/fault indication in the luminaire visible from road side. The output of solar panel shall be connected by providing IP 67, 4 sq mm tinned copper MC4 connectors from PV module to charge luminaire. The mounting bore hole shall be suitable to install in existing mounting bracket. Modification alongwith supply of hardware of mounting bracket wherever required is in the scope of item. Removed material shall be returned to department at departmental store within RRCAT. Test reports of equipment and site commissioning report shall be submitted to department for record. |
