Inner pip dia meter 50 Mm. 2. outer pipe dia meter 100 mm. length of the both pipe shall be 3000 mm. The M.S.pipe shall be ISI mark of class B as per IS 1239. Thickness of the pipe shall be 12 swg. The empty space in the pipe shall be filled with the specially developed crystalline material conductiv mixture such as copper and aluminimum powder.conductive carbon and bonding material etc. mixed in diffrent proportions. Conductive mixture contents shall be 70 % carbon powder & 30% metal powder preferably pure copper or aluminum material along with the required quantity of bonding materials. Granule size of the carbon & metal powder shall be 100 mesh. The mixture if forced (pressurized) inside the earth electrode in empty space of inner pipe & in empty space between the inner & outer pipe of the earth electrode, in paste form and after soldification of the same the bottom end cap as well as top end cap is provided. The mixture shall be pressed by machine in the pipe. Precaution shall be taken has to have no air gap inside the pipe while pressing. The back fill compound (earth enhancment material ) shall be superior conductive material that improves earthing effectiveness especially in areas of poor conductivity such as rocky ground, sandy soil & areas of moisture varation. It may contain conductive cement (20%) graphite carbon powder(50%), hydrous aluminum siliacate (10%), Sodium montmorillonite (20%) etc. it shall be placed around earth electrode in the earth pit to improve the conductive of earth electrode & ground contact area. The empty space in the pipe shall be filled with the specially developed crystalline material conductiv mixture such as copper and aluminimum powder.conductive carbon and bonding material etc. mixed in diffrent proportions. Conductive mixture contents shall be 70 % carbon powder & 30% metal powder preferably pure copper or aluminum material along with the required quantity of bonding materials. Granule size of the carbon & metal powder shall be 100 mesh. The mixture if forced (pressurized) inside the earth electrode in empty space of inner pipe & in empty space between the inner & outer pipe of the earth electrode, in paste form and after soldification of the same the bottom end cap as well as top end cap is provided. The mixture shall be pressed by machine in the pipe. Precaution shall be taken has to have no air gap inside the pipe while pressing. The back fill compound (earth enhancment material ) shall be superior conductive material that improves earthing effectiveness especially in areas of poor conductivity such as rocky ground, sandy soil & areas of moisture varation. It may contain conductive cement (20%) graphite carbon powder(50%), hydrous aluminum siliacate (10%), Sodium montmorillonite (20%) etc. it shall be placed around earth electrode in the earth pit to improve the conductive of earth electrode & ground contact area. Mild steel electro galavanized Flat 50x6 mm shall welded to earth electrode pips & connected with Trasnformer neutral and body as below with the hlep of steel nut & bolt or through welding as per requirment of site, to GI pipe and filling of chemical mixutre around the GI pipe upto 3 mtr. including making of chamber & connecting the top of the inserted pipe with transformer body & neutral through M.S.flat 50x6mm with the help of nut & bolt or through welding and making a main hole of size 2'×2' and covering the same by a stone pad for the purpose of poring water for moisture. |
