Collecting and transporting drums containing Na2S flakes (50 Kg net weight from the ground floor of Na2S building using mechanical chain hoist facility or by using contractor’s own mechanical / manual resources, transporting the drums nearer to solution tanks on the first floor, cutting open drums and Polythene bags and emptying the chemical into solution tanks, collecting and transporting of the empty drums along with Polythene bags and lids from the first floor to the ground floor of the Na2S building by using the manual resources of the contractor as per the direction of the HWP(M) engineer.

Washing of used Polythene bags and disposal to stores open yard as per the direction of the HWPM Engineer.

Thorough washing of empty Na2S drums and stacking them properly at the designated place as per the direction of the HWPM engineer.

Handling, Bagging, stacking of Sodium Sulphate powder into empty bags, rebagging of damaged sodium Sulphate powder into empty new bags and stacking them at designated place, cleaning of Sub platforms of Recovery unit, Spray dryer Chamber Cleaning and cleaning of burner as and when required.

Internal Cleaning of Tank/ Vessel as per confined space entry permit procedure and removal, collection, shifting of debris to a designated place as directed by HWPM Engineer. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
