Repairing cement concrete / RCC surface, grading roofs at all heights by laying cement concrete 1:2:4 in required shape, size, slope and fixing APP sheet over it for proper water proofing including making scaffolding arrangement complete. (Fixing of APP sheet shall be paid under the relevant item).

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modiified prefabricated five layers, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane@ 0.40 ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree C,0.87-0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250 N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2degreeC when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147.The rates shall also be including of following activities: i) For Providing, erection and removal of staging / scaffolding as per site requirement complete with all safety precautions.ii) Surface preparation by wire brushes to remove all loose particles, dirt,etc from the roof surface and repair the same, if required, complete. iii) Application of bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Ltr./ Sq.M.Note: Measurements shall be taken for finished area only. The material for above item shall be any one of following make / manufacturer: M/s. Tiki Dan / M/s. Sika / Dr Fixit / M/s. IWL / M/s. General Membrane Co / M/s.Forsoc / M/s. Bitumat / M/s. MC-Bauchemie (India) Private Limited / M/s. STP Ltd., as approved by engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) at all height and depth including dismantling of old plaster whereever required at site.

Assisting in executing various job un-susceptible to measurement and other work which are not including in any items stated above/ scope of works as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. :

i) For this purpose, contractor has to deploy Skilled Labour along-with all requisite tools & tackles for one day (For 8:00 hour), which will be treated as one unit of each operation.
