Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick Non asbestos fiber cement building boards (E-board) inserted to Aluminium framework using screws with powder coated Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, Size of grid 605 x 605mm using Main/Cross Bulbed tees - Tapered head (Web : 25mm Flange : 38mm) of weight not less than 0.249 kg/m and Equal angle of size 25mm of weight and not less than 0.196 kg/m, for false ceiling, flat or sloping fixed or laid with hangers 6 mm dia GI (n-exc 1200 mm in length apart) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long including dismantling of old ceiling of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down all existing roof treatment and demolition of cement concrete padding/levelling course (any thickness as available in site) including wire brushing and cleaning loose dust etc from surfaces of RCC roof including flashing and junction of parapet complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of RCC roof surface or wall & floor of sunken slab by cleaning the entire roof with Pressure water jet to remove the unwanted dust, loose material or any other material which may impair adhesion of the material. Surface must be cleaned and dried properly so that any cracks on the substrate can be visible. Concrete substrate to be cleaned up to exposed sound concrete cover, remove dust, laitance etc, which may impair adhesion of the material. All surface cracks up to 1-2 mm wide should be filled with single component cold applied elastomeric waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Roof Seal Ultra or equivalent) using a brush and adding a coat on the slab on both sides of the crack, up to a distance of 100 mm around it. Cracks more than 1-2 mm should be widen by making V-groove and repaired with PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent 10% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.Note :(i) Finished surface shall be as per satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.(ii) All cracks shall be prepared and checked by Engr-in-Charge before and after treatment for the satisfaction and rates quoted shall be including the quantum of cracks in proposed surfaces which shall be checked on ground by the contractor before quoting bid.(iii) No additional amount shall be claimed further for repairing cracks.(iv) Entire application shall be carried out by trained certified manufacturer applicator only.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size graded crushed stone aggregate) as levelling course, padding on chajjas, etc including angular moulding at junction upto 10cm height mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction, applied over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.(ii) PCC shall be laid to achieve true slope towards the drain/weep holes.
