Repair to 10000 GPH x 70 meter head HC pump set alongwith allied works at pumping station Krimachi by way of disconnecting electrical connections, pumping unit from base frame, suction and delivery, decoupling of pump from motor, manually shifting pump set from pumping station to road side by head load and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Dismantling the unit and extraction of internal parts followed by extraction of damaged shaft, impellers, bearings and diffuser etc. and repairing by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of main shaft (turned and finished). Providing / fabrication and fitting of new impeller 03nos., neck rings 04 nos., diffusers2nos., shaft protection sleeve 2nos. with check nut 2nos. Assembling of pump set, shifting back to site, fitment and coupling thereof with motor after proper leveling and alignment alongwith replacement of damaged nuts, bolts and rubber bushes. Job further Providing and fitting of bearings as per old sample at NDE and DE side. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
