Repair to 10000 GPH x 21-29 meter head x 7.5 HP mono submersible pump installed at Chenani stage-0 by way of extraction of damaged mono submersible pump by drawing out MS pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley block and shifting to workshop. Dismantling and extraction of the internal assemblies from the pumps and providing and fitting of new components viz., thrust pad-01 no., cast iron impeller-1no., check nuts-1no., as per sample. Assembling of complete units. Shifting back the mono bloc pump to the pumping station and then lowering in the Tawi River. Testing the pump sets on full load. Job further includes providing, fitting and laying of 50mm2 single core copper cable alongwith allied works from panel to motor approximately 25 meters in length with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted by the firm separately. (Complete job).
