| 4 | OD24593/2026-2027:Rewinding of 50 HP, 2880 rpm, 3-phase induction motor Open well Submersible Pump.Disconnecting electrical connection of the 50 HP, 2880 rpm motor, decoupling motor from pump, dismantling the motor from base plate, and safely shifting to nearest road by manual/mechanical means. Loading into vehicle and conveying to authorized workshop, including loading, unloading, and handling charges. At workshop: Dismantling the motor into stator and rotor assemblies. Removing burnt/damaged winding from stator slots, thoroughly cleaning the slots, and providing slot insulation with suitable class of insulation paper. Rewinding: Rewinding the stator with good quality super enamelled copper wire of original gauge and class, providing proper inter-layer and phase insulation, wedging the slots with fibre glass wedges, making end connections, and providing new lead wires with proper insulation and lugging at both ends. Varnishing & Drying: Pre-heating the wound stator, impregnating with good quality insulating varnish by dip/oven process, and baking till completely cured. Reassembling & Testing: Reassembling the motor with existing/new bearings as required, testing for IR value, winding resistance, no-load current, and balance. Re-installation: Conveying the rewound motor back to pump house, refitting on existing base plate, aligning and coupling with pump, reconnecting electrical supply, and commissioning with trial run. Note: Cost of scrap copper wire recovered from burnt winding is deducted.Standard: Standard: Work shall conform to IS 4029:2010 and IS 325:1996. One year warranty for rewinding work shall be furnished |

| 6 | OD24184/2026-2027:Labour charges for lifting and reinstallation of 50 HP submersible motor pump setLifting: Labour charges for lifting the existing 50 HP damaged vertical open well submersible pump set from the well through a height of 10 m, by erecting a tripod with chain block/pulley arrangement over the well, including dismantling the column pipes one by one with necessary tools, and safely shifting and stacking all dismantled materials at a convenient place near the well site. Decoupling & Servicing: Decoupling the submersible motor from the pump, opening the pump casing, removing debris, silt, and foreign material lodged in the impeller and casing that obstructs free flow of water, cleaning all internal parts, checking wear ring and shaft clearance, and reassembling the pump to good working condition. Reinstallation: Lowering the serviced pump set back into the well using tripod and chain block, jointing the column pipes with necessary rubber gaskets, bolts, nuts, and sealant, making delivery pipe connection, electrical cable connection with proper jointing and insulation, and commissioning the pump set.Testing: Conducting trial run, checking discharge, current drawn, and ensuring satisfactory performance as per site requirement. Note: All tools, tackles, tripod, chain block, and safety equipment required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. Work shall be carried out without damage to existing structures: |
