Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Applying a tack coat of rubberised hot bitumen of 80/100 (VG-10) penetration @1.0Kg/Sqm on road surface including mixing of 10% rubber by weight of bitumen sieved thourgh 6mm ssieve, Cleaning the road surface fuel for heating the bitumen and all labour T & P etc complete required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Sealing of Craks on Bituminious Surface by spreading 6mm size heated stone grit @ 0.10cum/10sqm over dubberised tack coat having temperature 160oC to 170o C including supply of grit, maintenance of partries and watering during the operation, road roller, fuel for heating grit, all labour, T & P etc complete, required for proper completion of work as per the direction of engineer in charge

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximates spacing of 10cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1mm to 4mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. ( Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification .) 40 mm thick
