Earth Work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

Ordirary Cemert concrete (mix 124) with graded stone chips (20 mrt nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcernent,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety.

Hire & labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with requered bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintles curved or straight including itting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering. i) In Ground Floor.

Supplying & laying in the specified pattern of interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table of IS 15658:2006) manfacture in steel mould clamped in vibrating .....Compactted beding sand of 25-35mm thick and filling up the gap in between paver block.
