| 1 | M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, and making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder VG-30 grade 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M&L Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanically operated air blower or mechanically operated compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving Bitumen VG-10 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula by GE before commencement of work irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'.(ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'.(iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.(iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. |
| 5 | M&L premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber consolidated thickness not exceeding 75 mm with 4% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | M&L Preparation of new/old black top surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing, stop lines etc., road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as per the table No 800.4 of most specification conforming to BS-6086 of most specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300 Gms/Sqm etc all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed. |

| 14 | M&L for pavement quality concrete (PQC) as per design mix having minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40kg/ sqcm or 4.0Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum cement content of 400 kg/cum of PQC with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting tenperature as 240 degree celcious and minium tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer, PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) The design mix shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work.(ii) In the event of variation in the design mix in the minimum cement content will be adjusted through supply only rate at market rate or procurment rate whichever is more for cement. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable, if excess quantity of cement content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this items.(iii) Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC: 15-2017. |
