L-41: - Stbd AC compressor tripping frequently due to motor overload and drawing excessive starting current. Motor winding showing low insulation. Defect to be rectified and AC system to be proved for satisfactory operation.

E-59:- Lub Oil leakage observed from Stbd DA view filter body cracked. Same to be repaired/ replaced and proved for satisfactory operation.

L-31: - Telephone command system (Make: M/s Vingtor Steenhans) not working in ward room, works station, EP’s mess and CO’s cabin. DI/DR to be carried and Telephone command system to be proved for satisfactory operation.

H-57: - Ship’s Gemini (Markwel Gemini Craft 4.7 mtr Sr. no. MCG/003) keel found broken, wooden deteriorated and forward chamber air leakage the same to be repaired/ renewed as per sample and gemini to be proved for satisfactory of operation all in way job included.
