Providing and fixing fly proof steel mesh over openings including cost of all accessories, filling sides by putty/silicone sealant etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

With both aluminium mosquito frame and outer box frame sections (Aluminium mosquito section of 25 mm x 10 mm size) to windows, clerestory windows and doors. Using powder coated stainless steel mesh (Grade 304) of 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture (or as approved). Stretched and fixed on both sides in aluminium outer frame of size 38 mm x 25 mm (1.5\\" x 1\\" ), including fixing with EPDM rubber beeding for tight fitting, punched corner aluminium brackets, powder coated aluminium hinges (Apprx. 40 mm size), PTMT/plastic locks as per requirement, necessary for openable panelsThe entire aluminium sections should be powder coated (minimum 60-80 microns) in approved shadeMinimum weight requirements (1 length = 12 ft) Outer frame - 950g/length Mosquito frame - 650g/length-Cross tie - 650g/length Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
