| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 13 passenger capacity lift (MRL) in the existing lift shaft/pit at Central Office, BHU, complete with all necessary components and accessories for satisfactory operation, including machine, controller, guide rails, car, counterweight, suspension ropes, landing doors, car doors, wiring, safety devices, and all other associated works as required. The lift shall be equipped with ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) system of latest technology, suitable for operation in case of power failure. The lift shall serve G+1 floors with a rated speed of 1.0 m/s, complete in all respects as per relevant IS standards/CPWD Specifications. |
