Design, Manufacture, Inspection and Supply of Safety Relief Valve as per following details and enclosed specification sheet for our valve Tag no-KAPS-1&2-3335-RV-5116 Reference- 1. Specification no.: PC-E-86-Technical Specification On -PHT System Valves (Enclosed) 2. Safety Relief Valve 3335-RV-5116 Specification sheet (Enclosed) 3. Seismic Requirement –OBE & SSE(Both structural integrity & operability as per PP-P-1819 enclosed ) Note- 1. Assembly & Detailed Crossectional drawing is required along with offer 2. QAP and drawing shall be submitted by supplier after PO placement 3. Pre dispatch inspection shall be done as per approved QAP and drawing by NPCIL QS at valve manufacturer site. 4. Two copies of final Technical Documentation consisting such as assembly drawing, Design report, Manufacturing Report ,inspection report ,operation and maintenance manual are required along with supply
