| 2 | Fabrication, providing, handling, laying, installation and commissioning of 200 mm Nominal Dia ERW ISI mark 4.5 mm thick M.S pipes for Rising main to be laid at lift irrigation scheme Dangiwacha. SPECIFICATIONS: Nominal diameter of pipe= 200 mm Outer Diameter = 219.1 mm Thickness of pipe = 4.5 mm Length of each pipe= 4 -7 Mtr Type of Welding = ERW Type Pipe to be Manufactured = As per IS 3589 having one longitudinal joint with latest amendments Type of Welding = D.C arc Welding. Tolerance =as per clause IS 3589 Hydraulic test pressure= 5 Mpa Make : Surya/Jindal or reputed make. Installation of the pipe includes carrying of these pipes from manufacturing place to the site of installation which involves loading /unloading at respective site. External surface of the pipes to be painted with two coats of steel primer and black paints of reputed quality. The mild steel pipe line shall be laid. “underground /upper ground\\" as per site requirement. The underground installation of the pipe line includes excavation of the earth in trenches (manual means) as per site requirement. Pipes are to be welded circumferentially end to end in 2-3 runs in addition to the root filling of the v grooves using high quality welding electrodes of Ador/Orlikon/ESAB/equivalent make and making the joints absolutely leak proof any excessive welding material is to be grinded by grinding wheel for even finish. The welding joints thus formed shall with stand the working pressure. The bend /offsets wherever necessary shall be fabricated out of the 200 mm dia MS pipe within quoted price as per site requirement. The job also includes providing, handling, fabrication, installation and commissioning of Suction/Delivery Manifold out of 200 mm Dia MS rising main which include fabrication of long radius bend joint along with 12 mm thick, 200 mm Dia flanges (18 No) as per site requirement for suction/Delivery Manifold, the saddle blocks etc. for the rising main wherever required shall be laid by the civil counterpart. All tools and tackles like tripod stand, all types of carriage cost lifting/pulling machines, welding machines, electrical generators etc. required for handling lying / jointing any other activity for the completion of the job shall have to be arranged by the firm itself. |
| 3 | Complete dismantling of old existing 200/150 mm Dia flanged (110 Mtr approx.) Long, MS rising main by way of cutting rusted nuts and bolts of each pipe with the help of gas cutter, skilled labours, manual earth excavation and shifting it from paddy land to road side with proper stacking The job then involves loading/unloading of dismantal pipes in private vehicles to Divisional store of MID Baramulla for its safe custody. All tools and tackles like tripod stand, lifting/pulling machines, skilled labour, welding machines, electrical generators, all kind of carriage cost etc. required for handling Dismantling/shifting/loading and unloading of pipes shall have to be arranged by the firm itself. |

| 8 | Sump/Internal Gantry: Working Platform: Fabrication, providing and fitting of working platform at LIS Dangiwacha which includes providing and fitting of horizontal members fabricated out of ISMC 100 welded one side with the vertical column support of sump gantry and another to be laid on concrete cannal wall to form the rectangular frame of 4000 mm x1600 mm. ISMC100:-{(2x4000mm)+(4x1600mm) + (2x 3000mm)=20400 mm. B) Providing and fitting of chequered plate to the rectangular ISMC frame of width 1600mm, length 4000mm, thickness 6mm with necessary bracings out of ISA 50x50x6 (2x 1600 mm + 2x 4000 mm+ 4x450 mm) Total length 13000 mm . The height of each MS post is 5000 mm. The column supports grouted in cement concrete block of 2’x2’x2.5’ in 1:2:4 mix. The two ends of the column support have provided with MS plate of size 300x300x10mm by way of welding. The plates are drilled with 4 No. of holes so that plate of column supports and plates of I beam shall be joined with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well. Fabrication and fitting of ladder steps fab. out of ISA 30x30x5mm (1.5 feet long) on both of the vertical columns supports at intervals of 2 feet c/c. Main I beam of sump Gantry:One No. I beam of size ISMB-200 have laid horizontally on the vertical column supports. The two ends of the I beam have provided with MS plate of size 300x300x10mm by way of welding. The plates also drilled with 4 No. of holes as same of plates of vertical supports and joined with each other with the help of nuts and bolts and welding as well.Movement:The gantry comprises providing/ hoisting of chain block of 1 Ton capacity inbuild over load protection device, with 6 mtr vertical lift on one No. travelling mono rail of 01Ton capacity. The make of the chain pulley block and mono rail is Globe/equivalent make with ISI mark. The sump gantry shall be painted with steel primer and two coats of enamel paint of yellow shade for I beam and black shade for vertical supports. |
