Complete cleaning and servicing of window/split air conditioners of different capacities installed at various locations of old hospital buildings of AH, GMC Udhampur (Two times) by way of disconnecting main supply to the air conditioners, then complete servicing of the air conditioners (indoor & outdoor units for the split ACs) and window air conditioners by way of extracting the window ACs from their slots. Chemical cleaning of cooling coils, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for atleast 20 minutes and then spraying the fresh water on the coils till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coils are totally cleaned, then charging of the compressor with refrigerant and replacement of the damaged wiring if required and connecting the main supply to the units and trail run on full load. The job includes 3 No's of cleaning/servicing of all the split/window air conditioners in the season as and when required. Complete job in all respects including cost of material, labour, carriage, taxes etc. and also involves cost of technician as and when required through the season as per the instruction of the Site Engineer.

Repairing of the split air-conditioners 15-No's of 1.5 TR&2.TR. at different locations in Govt.Medical capacities installed college & Hospital Udhampur by way of disconnecting necessary electrical connection. Dismantling the outdoor units of the Split Ac's from their positions for repairing The Job includes P/F of new compressors -04 No of 1.5 TR cap., fan motors with blades-07NO's, SPN-04NO's, Capacitors-12 NO's, contactors-05NO's, PCB new ones-03NO's, capillary-06NO's and PCB repairing-04 NO's, of different AC's in place of damaged ones. The job includes repairing of the damaged condenser coils of 06 No. ACs by way of copper brazing and & refitting the outdoor units of ACs at their positions and making necessary electrical connections. The job also includes leak detection testing of ACs by holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 Hours. Flushing the lineand then vaccumising the system with deep vacummising and thencharging the compressors with refrigerant R-22/R32/R410 and alsotopping up of other compressors as well. The job also includesrepairing of the internal wiring of the units. Complete job includescost of material, taxes labour charges, transport charges etc.

Complete cleaning and servicing of ceiling fan’s installed at various locations of old hospital GMC buildings of AH, GMC Udhampur by way of replacement of old/ wornout parts like capacitors, bearings and wiring etc with similar new parts of ISI make.the complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and tools and tackles.
