Secure the geotextile layer to the frame with cable ties. Use locally native plants that thrive in water and will not outgrow the floating wetland. The rate should include all materials, labor charges, and related costs, including monitoring and maintaining the floating wetland for one year. Monitoring includes checking plant health, water quality,(testing fee will be paid separately) and the structural integrity of the floating wetland.
