Rectification of SF-6 gas leakage from poles of 145KV SF-6 CGL Make (Mfg. year 2010 ) circuit breaker of 132 KV Mishrikh line bay at 220/132/33KV Sub-station Hussainganj, Sitapur. Work consist of (a) To identify SF-6 Gas leakage with the help of SF-6 gas leakage detector and pole non-operating problem. (b) Dismantle identified pole from breaker structure by help of Hydra. (C) Dismantle all components of poles and replace all \\"O\\" rings/Gas kit by applying Anabond 661 (Gas Sale Out) after through cleaning of part. (d) Replacement of pull rod for pole movimg contact. (e) Re-assemble all parts of the pole. (f) Apply vacuum and keep it for 24 hrs and check no loss of vacuum. (g) Erection of poles onto structure using hydra. (h) check satisfactory Close/Trip operation both by local and remote.

Replacement of defective ratchet and pawl assembly of 132 KV Mishrikh line bay at 220/132/33KV Sub-station Hussainganj,Sitapur. The work includes taking out defective ratchet by removing the closing spring with the help of fixture plate and other associated tools, removing of big and small pawls and defective bearing from mechanism assembly. Fixing of bearing ratchet assembly, block bolt, big and small pawls along with torsion springs. Removing of fixture tool from mechanism. Charging of closing spring manually as well as electrically, ON/OFF operation of CB from local and remote. The materials/spares shall be supplied by the department.
