The contractor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, galvanised screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job including every type of requisite T&P items to his trades man. All routine/urgent jobs received on job slip will be repaired & got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE E/M with in 24hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 8 hrs after handing over of routine and 2 hrs for urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under.
