Repairing and Overhauling of 06 nos. roller by detaching roller assembly from gate with the help of jigs and fixture, jacks etc cutting lock plate by gas cutter, lifting roller assembly from gate by manila rope and shifting to working plateform, dismantling roller assembly, cleaning, washing repairing wornout roller shaft by remetalling machining polishing and reassembling including replacing rubber seal, O-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and refitting in gate, greasing and testing etc.each job and Fabrication & Erection of 04 nos. roller each job by opreating gate including cost of all materials, Labour and Required T& P for proper completion of work at Saprar Dam in District Jhansi.Work will be Carried out as per Specification, drawing and I.S.
