| 2 | Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas, foundations, trenches, drains etc. to required profile, level, grade, camber, etc in all soils/soft rock/hard rock by chiseling, wedging or rock hammer and cutter or hydraulic splitter or by using machine such as poclain with jack hammer or any other approved method viz. using plasma cutting with diesel plasma gun under 3.5Kg/Sqcm pressure, including air compressor, followed by pneumatic chieselling or using non explosive expansive chemical agents , including drilling of holes as specified by manufacture, filling of expansive chemical, followed by pneumatic chiseling, diamond wire rope cutting etc. for all depths, including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal/stacking of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 150 m etc. filling with available earth in layers not exceeding 200mm, watering, consolidation etc, including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge. |
| 3 | Earth work in surface excavation in all kind of soil/ordinary rock/loose muck not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. |
| 4 | Supplying and filling of good local earth/borrow soil (including royalty) from outside by mechanical transport including ramming, watering, compacting of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in top/bottom/sides of foundation, trenches, road formation, etc. complete for all leads and lifts as available from approved source of query. |
| 5 | Supplying and Filling with Manufactured/Crushed SAND/aggregate of specified quality under floors, foundations, plinths, tank foundations etc. for all depths and heights including transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to the specified levels to achieve 85% relative density as per IS:2720 Part XIV, including preparation of subgrade to the required slope, providing testing apparatus and testing the degree of consolidation all complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of all labour, material, equipments etc. all complete. |
| 6 | Lead charges within NFC-Kota township for additional lead over the initial lead by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @ 50%. |

| 8 | Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Grade M-10 using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including laying in proper level, profile and slope, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:2:4 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Grade M-15 using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 300 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including laying in proper level, profile and slope, consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M -25 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 340 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromanda, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc ,Pidilite, Sika, BASF, Cico or approved equivalent in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. |

| 13 | Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of minimum grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.Note: The grade of steel shall be gotten approved from EIC before procurement.
