| 9 | Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar ( 1:6) 15 mm thick on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick work wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying with white putty of average thickness 1mm and making the surface to an even and smooth finish by rubbing with sand paper of different grade etc and applying two coats of Oil bound distermper over a coat of primer by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved. |
| 11 | Material and labour for Factory made UPVC white colour sliding two track Windows with glazing all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications :- (i) The profile for constr of UPVC window frame shall be uPVC material conforming to 10151 . (ii) The frame shall be made of extruded uPVC section having overall diamension of 65mmx 50mm having wall thickness 2mm ± 0.2mm.(iii) The corners of wall frame shall be joint by MS galavanised brackets ,joints,mittred and plastic welded. (iv) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised MS tube of wall thicknesss 1mm ± 0.1mm and the tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame.(v) The profiles should be single chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties. (vi) The window system should be glazed with 5mm thick plain glass fixed in window frame as per manufactures instruction.
