| 5 | Notes for Srl item No 1 to 4:-The smart painting work under this contract for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:-(i) The smart painting work under this contract shall be executed by manufacturer's authorised applicator after approval of name of manufactures by the GE. The contractor shall produce the name brand of meterial and it manufecturer within 10 days from the date of award of tender.(ii) After aprroval of name paint manufecturer and the product brand, the contractor shall produce a Memoradum of Understanding\\" (MoU) between contractor and the menufecturor within 28 days from the award of tender date or before the commencement date of work wherein the manufectorer shall own the respocibility of use primum quality product in adiquate quantity (as per standarded coverage area of product), high standered workneship and its' warrantee for five years. The contractor shall produce such warantee in writing along with similar warrantee on manufector's letter head. The contractor shall also produce purchage vouchers/ Invoice for all product/ metrial utilised in work for their full quantity and Engg-in-charge shall ensure to capt a copy of the same in record duly defaced by him. Purchage vouchers/ invoice must be recorded in measurment book.(iii) The contractor shall arrange all required T&P, scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, necessary protective measures for execution of work. (iv) The contractor shall ensure covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. After painting work, washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint shall be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(v) One room shall be painted as sample/ modle room for approval of GE and GE prior to carrying out further work. |
