Size of combustion chamber should be 600 x 600 x 1750 mm with input door size 400 x 500 mm, inner factort lining with IS-8 fire bricks and 100mm fire clay insulation bricks. Outer shell shall be made out of 5mm thick corrugation free MS plate, providing with ignation door, ash tray/door, air inlet tubes, air filter, temperature sensor, control panel with on/off indication, main MCB, contactor, limit switchs, ID fan control switch with over load rela protector, 0.5 HP motor with with air blower, wet scrubber unit, mounted on cast iron body platform including all accessories, foundation, wiring earthing etc. complete all as specfied and directed. |
