| 10 | M&L for servicing the self starter by dismantling from its original position, opening the body, remove the dirt deposits, replace the defective minor spares, refixing the same in the original position, testing complete all as specified. The rate for transporting to and fro workshop shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. |
| 11 | Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic battery charger of 12 Volt complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge |
| 12 | S & F in replacement of Generator Control Module Panel, LCD display, Fault Check, self starting , Genset controller presettable with Monitoring and protections functions for 3 Phase Mains Detection for DG Set of capacity 50KVA to 30 kVA to 50 kVA as per existing in site complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | S&F in replacement of AVR of Suitable capacity applicable for DG Set of capacity 100 KVA to 30KVA DG Set complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fill coolant of standard specification for top up in radiator of Diesel Engine of DG Sets of capacity 100 KVA to 10 KVA of any type all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Attending breakdown/fault in DG set of 10 kVA to 100kVA, any fault occurred in engine, alternator, control panel and AMF Panel etc. The breakdown shall be attended within 24 hrs on receiving of telephonic communication.Note:- Item will include minor spares like thimbles, control wiring, screws, nuts & bolts etc. Major items will be measured and paid separately. |
| 16 | M&L for health checkup of dg sets of capacity 10 kVA to 100 kVA including AMF panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 17 | Preventive maintenance of Nos of DG set at various location by cleaning the complete outdoor/indoor body, cleaning the sorrounding area of dg set including vegetation, triming of trees of sorroudings. |
| 18 | M&L for servicing, decarburizing, calibrating the AMF panel by unscrewing screws, nuts bolts etc after removing all connection to DG sets and LT panel and opening the contacts, remove the moisture complete, assess the working condition of the accessories complete, clean the contacts, tightening the complete accessories, reassemble the AMF panel after repair/replacement of worn out parts including fixing only the serviceable parts/ new parts/wiring works complete including all connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. |
