Evaluating the condition of the current road after the flood in the area there is need of creating best temporary road route for the considering factors like terrain, distance, and any potential obstacles approximately 300m (approximately) through rocky and mountainous track to the pump room using Excavators and Manual labour for accessing the pump room via crane/mechanical transport. Creation of ramp to access the inside of the pump room by using stones and soil from nearby surroundings, after providing the temporary support for the pump room foundations by stacking/piling soil and stones underneath cracked floor of pump room using labour tools and tackles and machinery (Excavators/hydra). The complete job includes cost of Labour skilled and semi-skilled, hire charges of machinery, tools and tackles and other allied items. (complete job)

Dismantling the suction pipes from 2 No. damaged Horizontal Centrifugal pump sets of 4 cusec discharge by creation of the support for the hanging suction pipes using temporary platform of bamboo scaffolding and planks for accessing the suction pipes using cutters operated by DG set at site each at a time. Similarly accessing the inside of the pump room with tools tackles and labour, dismantling the delivery lines of 2 no. pumps by cutting out the rusted nuts and bolts with cutter and welding set. The job also includes dismantling of the 2 No. 250 mm dia Sluice valves and 2 no. 250 mm dia Reflux valves from 250 mm dia. MS delivery pipes by cutting the nut bolts and flanges followed by stacking of dismantled sluice valves and reflux valves outside the pump room for its further loading. The job further includes de coupling each pump motor set (2 No) by cutting out the rusted nut and bolts of pulley with cutter and welding set and unlocking each pump motor set from the base frame by cutting out the rusted nut bolts by cutter and welding set and the extraction of 2 no. base frames embedded in concrete platform by cutting out the concrete with the help of concrete cutter, chisels and other tools and tackles using skilled and semiskilled labour. The job includes dismantling of 1 No. 200 mm foot valves from suction line by cutting the nut bolts and flanges followed by stacking of dismantled foot valves outside the pomp room for its further loading. The complete job includes cost of hire charges of machinery, D G set, welding set, cost of material, earth works, labour skilled and semiskilled etc.

Extraction and shifting of dismantled 4 cusec discharge pump along with damaged 50 HP motor by way of extraction each pump (2 no.) and each motor (2 no.) , damaged voltage stabilizer, Electric Panel, damaged 50 HP ATS Starters, 100 KVA Electric Transformer, sluice valves, Foot valves and reflux valves by tools tackles and manual labour with help of machinery outside the pump house via temporary ramp and then stacking at suitable site for further extraction upto loading site. The job further involves extraction of each pump at a time by securing it with the harness of the hydraulic crane/excavator and carrying it to nearest road side approximately 300m away from the pump room via temporary constructed route. The Job further includes extraction of the 200 mm suction pipe 2 no. and 250 mm delivery pipes 2 no. along with the sluice valves (250 mm) 2 no. and reflux valves (250 mm) 1 no. foot valves (200 mm) using tools tackles, manual labour, using crane and similarly transporting and stacking near road side. Stacking the pumps, motors, suction/delivery pipes, reflux valves, sluice valves on vehicle for further transportation to Divisional store in Jammu. Unloading at store using hydra, manual labour along with tools and tackles and then stacking each component at proper place. The complete job includes cost of Labour skilled and semiskilled, hire charges of machinery, tools and tackles, transportation charges and other allied items.
