Supply of components for the 250 kW solar power plant, including additional fabrication works for the required support structures for the solar array, provision of access ladders to the roof, walkways for cleaning and maintenance, and water distribution arrangements including plumbing and pumps wherever necessary, all in accordance with the technical specifications (incl. Packing and Forwarding, freight, insurance, loading and unloading).

Installation, testing & commissioning of the 250 kW solar power plant, including obtaining all necessary statutory approvals from the concerned authorities, additional fabrication works for required support structures for the solar array, provision of access ladders to the roof, walkways for cleaning and maintenance, and water distribution arrangements including plumbing and pumps wherever necessary, all in accordance with the technical specifications.

Charges payable to Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEBL), comprising the feasibility application fee and the solar power plant registration charges.

Provision for additional cost towards DCR-compliant Solar PV modules, as per the applicable Government of India and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) requirements.
