Name of Work:- NCTPP-III – Mechanical- I Circle – Common Auxiliaries Division – RODM Plant- Rectification of defects in Dual Media Filters (DMF) E, F & G capacity 300m3/hr each by removal of media, inspection of internals and replace damaged nozzle filters and reloading the medias in DMF –E,F & G and rectification/Overhauling its valves and commissioning for normal operation.

Charges for opening of DMF top & bottom man hole doors of capacity 300 M3/Hr , for removal of media (Sand, pebbles & anthracite),segregation of removed anthracite, sand, pebbles and washing of removed medias, including T&P and consumable.

Charges for dismantling and inspection of inlet and outlet distribution system and their connected pipe lines, checking the laterals and replace if necessary, cleaning the DMF beds throughly, removing the debris leftout in the beds and assembling the inlet and air scoring distribution system, including T&P and consumable.

charges for loading the filter media (sand pebbles & anthracite) according to the size to the required level and closing the top and side manholes, including anthracite, T&P and consumable.

charges for providing Scaffolding and working platform for removal and reloading of medias from top and bottom manhole door at the elevation height of 5 mtr at two different locations, including T&P and consumable.

charges for Inspection of Filter nozzles 1760 Nos (per DMF) and replace the damaged filter nozzle (50 Nos), including T&P and consumable. (Filter nozzle will be supplied by TNPGCL)

Charges for Replacement /overhauling the worn out 200/250NB of DMF inlet (isolation manual) /inlet (isolation pneumatic/drain/outlet (Pneumatic isolation)/outlet (manual isolation) butterfly valve, including T&P and consumable.

Charges for Replacement /overhauling the worn out 150NB of DMF Drain Isolation valve (pneumatic)/air vent valve, including T&P and consumable.

Charges for Replacement /overhauling the worn out 400NB of DMF backwash outlet to sludge drain /DMF backwash inlet header to DMF inlet valve (pneumatic), including T&P and consumable.

Charges for dismantling the worn out 200NB of air line to DMF isolation ball valve and overhauling and refixing the valve including T&P and consumable.
