Rear and front spring leaf 06 set removing, necessary recambering and fitting.2.Rear and front spring leaf cutting & Hole making. 3.Rear and front spring leaf welding & grinding.4.Rear and front spring bell crank removing & fitting.5.Rear and front spring hanger removing and bolt changing, fitting.6.Rear and front spring shackle removing and new shackle fitting.7.Rear spring bell crank (04 No) damage hole new making, welding, machining proper size & all bell crank, bush raimring, machining and fitting.8.Rear and front spring balance rod lever welding, making, repairing & bush raimring, fitting and machining.9.Rear suspension support complete overhauling and changing their damage parts.10.Front cross member cutting, new cross member fitting, electric welding and machining. 11.Complete brake overhauling, wheel greasing, oil seal, bearing, brake shoe etc. changing and fitting.12.Brake booster assy. to be replaced.13. Brake cam overhauling & bush new changing and fitting.14.Brake cam shaft new size making, rear spindle new thread die, Hub stake welding. 15.Brake chamber assy. new changing.16.Brake adjuster assy. new changing and fitting.17.Hub drum turning, facing 06 no for machining job. 18.Both side king pin overhauling, raimring and fitting.19.King pin axle beam complete dismentling, fitting with all accessories removing, fitting from chassis.20.Both side king pin axle beam raimring, facing king pin over size. 21.Both side king pin spandle bush fitting, raimring and fitting.22.Front wheel spandle shaft welding, making, repairing bearing size by steel electrode.Required materials /spares to be replaced: Rear spring bell crank bush 04 set, Rear spring bell crank pin big size 06 no, Rear spring bell crank pin small size 06 no, Rear spring pin 08 no, Rear spring bush 08 no, Front spring pin 04 no, Front spring bush 04 no, Rear & front spring centre bolt 06 no, Rear & front spring quotter pin bolt 22 no, Rear & front spring U bolt 04 no, Rear & front spring clamp with bolt 12 inch 04 no, Rear & front spring clamp with bolt 8 inch 06 no, Rear & front spring clamp with bolt 6 inch 05 no, Rear & front spring side washer 8 mm 48 no, Rear & front spring side washer 6 mm 52 no, Brake chamber assy. 04 set, Rear hub bearing big 02 no, Brake shoe gulli 04 no, Hub oil seal 06 no, Hub cheknut 02 no, Brake hose pipe 02 no, Brake ketcher 06 no, King pin repair kit full set 02 set, King pin spandle bolt 04 no, King pin spandle cheknut 02 no etc. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower. |
