| 1 | Shock Dosing (@1.0kg/1000 Sqm)(for first 10 days)Removal of odour, algae, reduction of BOD, COD, TSS, PH value nitrates, phosphates, up to the parameters prescribed by DPCC / NGT for water bodies by biological treatment by way of Bio-remediation using “POND & LAKE CLEANER” or any other equivalent product in solid or liquid form as per direction of manufacturer at suitable points in the lake/pond/water logged area containing sewage water i/c removal of floating plant & other material like empty bottles, dead leaves/trees, polythene bags etc. from the water logged area/pond and cleaning the grass from bank/beams around the waterlogged area/pond, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge this includes the cost of product, labour and equipment needed for treatment. The product should be non pathogenic and should not have any adverse effect on Agriculture and Aqua culture.The necessary labour shall be deployed to complete all operation such as spraying and dosing , removal of floating plants and other material like trash , empty bottles, dead leaves /tree branches , polythene bags etc. from the waterlogged area/pond. Note:- Rate shall be inclusive of cost of dosing material , one lab test per month, T&P for dosing / spraying , cleaning of the water logged area, safety arrangment , and adequate manpower required to carry out the activities. |

| 4 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |

| 7 | Apply GST Correction Factor @0.973Conditions: -1.) In case any, Challan from MCD/NGT/Court or any other department is issued related to the subject work, the same will be solely borne by the agency.2.) Agency must get the water test done from EPA approved labs as per NGT directions. 3.) Work is of emergent nature and any direction issued by Engineer-in-Charge must be complied on top priority as matter has been closely montiored by Hon'ble NGT.4.)
