Taking out complete different sizes of filter gravels and sand from existing filter bed at filtration plant and Material and labour for laying of new gravels various sizes and sand complete all as specified and directed :-Notes : (i) Sand/ Pebbles/ Gravel required for filter beds will be measured and paid separately as 'supply only'. (ii) The same shall be brought from reputed source and certification from supplier that the material is fit for use as a filter media alongwith test certificate shall be produced by the contractor alongwith the paid vouchers to the Engr-in-Charge and Engr-in-Charge shall ensure the same before processing RAR.

(i) Fine sand media size 0.75 to 1.5mm complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Quartz sand media size 1.5 to 3mm complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Supply only Gravel size 3 to 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Supply only Gravel size 6 to 12mm complete all as specified and directed.

(v) Supply only pebbels size 12 to 25mm complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) Supply only pebbels size 25 to 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

(vii) Supply only pebbels size 50 to 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair UPVC pipe 50mm ISI marked including neceesary cutting and holes as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair following size UPVC fittings:(i) End cap 50mm complete all as specified and directed

(ii) MTA (Male Threaded Adapter) 50mm complete all as specified and directed

(iii) FTA (Female Threaded Adapter) 50mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair MS flange 100mm ISI marked as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS pipe 100mm heavy duty 'C' class including neceesary cutting and necessary MS fitting, nut, bolts , washers etc and painting with two coats of Asian Epoxy Paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate for applying two coat asian epoxy paint on pipe shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Supply and fix in repair GI pipe 80mm heavy duty 'C' class including neceesary cutting and GI fitting, nut, bolts , washers etc and painting with two coats of Asian Epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed.
